We only hold a few weddings a year here making sure that College Farm is a special place to get married. We offer several options for the marriage ceremony and are licensed to hold weddings here in our Jacobean panelled dining room. Alternatively you are welcome to do all the formalities in your own Registry Office then come here for the reception afterwards.

Happy Valley is a relaxed, woodland venue designed for those looking for an established Venue on which to create their dream day! If you prefer the untouched wilderness vibe there is no need to add very much at all. Alternatively there’s an abundance of indoor and outdoor spaces where you can add your personal touches.

A South facing wilderness Venue with forest backdrops as well as the little lake, open glades and views of vast open Norfolk skies, there’s literally something for everyone. A standard package enjoys 2 barns, undercover catering space, 2 courtyards, 2 bars for day and night which are fully staffed and two of our luxury lodges with private hot tubs including an accessible treehouse. The whole site is licensed so you can get married anywhere you’d like. Happy Valley is a sustainable Wedding Venue with hand built luxury cabins, treehouses with hot tubs and tiny shepherds abodes. You’re welcome to add on shepherds huts and more bell tent accommodation for your guests and we welcome campers and motorhomes to.

Barn Drift, The Hangar and the beautiful grounds surrounding them are licensed for weddings and ceremonies—all with uninterrupted views of the North Norfolk Coast. If you are not marrying in Cley Church, just a few minutes walk across fields you can legally marry in the house, the Hangar or in the grounds—your choices are endless. You could be under the Persian Ironwoods in the walled garden, by the ruined flint wall with climbing roses and the sweeping Glaven Valley beyond, on the raised terrace looking out to Blakeney Point, or in the native woodland with the sea beyond.

With the help of our in-house planning team, you can invite your own hand-picked team of suppliers to realise your visions. Our unique location allows us to offer you not only a stunning space for an indoor legal or celebrant ceremony but also a summer outdoor ceremony. The unspoilt Norfolk countryside and our own ruined church tower provides the perfect backdrop to your ‘I do’s’
