We got the opportunity to work with Joe Lenton earlier this month! His work is visually so exciting and professional. We decided to make some canapes this time to be photographed.

  • King Scallops with pea puree and bacon jam
  • Beef Tartare with Quails egg

We then created a main course which was: Roasted Rump of Lamb and Pressed Shoulder with carrot puree, fondant potato and a fricasse of pea and beans.
